Founder | Principal ConsultantJonathan Rucks is a seasoned project delivery leader and the founder of Slade Kennedy PMO Solutions, bringing over 15 years of experience establishing, optimizing, and leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) for high-growth and enterprise organizations.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has built and scaled PMOs from the ground up, aligning project delivery frameworks with strategic business goals to drive measurable results. He has led multi-million-dollar portfolios across industries and designed enterprise-level governance models that have improved efficiency, visibility, and executive decision-making.
Jonathan's expertise spans the full ERP implementation lifecycle, with hands-on leadership in PeopleSoft, Infor HCM, Workday, and Anaplan implementations for Fortune 500 clients. His ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution has made him a trusted advisor for organizations navigating complex change and transformation initiatives.
In addition to his PMO and ERP background, Jonathan has worked on the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, serving as Director, Global PMO & Professional Services with Silent Eight, a global AI firm specializing in AI-based Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software. There, he helped lead the development and delivery of intelligent solutions used by top-tier banks to automate compliance, reduce fraud, and accelerate case resolution.
Today, through Slade Kennedy PMO Solutions, Jonathan helps companies build smarter, more agile delivery models powered by structured governance, data-driven reporting, and emerging technologies like AI and automation.
